Kingdom Support & Care achieves Investors in People Gold for its commitment to people and quality care

Kingdom Support & Care (KSC) has achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, recognising its compassionate, people-first culture and commitment to supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.

The independent assessment praised KSC’s strong values, visible leadership and focus on learning and wellbeing. It described the organisation’s culture as supportive, flexible and rewarding, and highlighted that “your people’s passion for their work is truly inspiring.”

Paul White, Director of Kingdom Support & Care, said, “This achievement is for every colleague at KSC. It reflects the care, commitment and professionalism that our people show every day.

“We work in a sector where relationships matter most; with the people we support, their families and each other. The assessor saw that clearly, describing a culture built on compassion, trust and a genuine desire to help people live their best lives.”

Tom Barclay, Kingdom Group Chief Executive, added, “I’m incredibly proud of everyone at Kingdom Support & Care for achieving Gold. This result recognises not just great leadership and strong values, but the warmth and dedication that make KSC such a special place to work and to receive support. The work that colleagues do in KSC is genuinely life-changing. It helps people live with dignity, independence and confidence, and that’s something we can all take pride in. ”

The Investors in People report also highlighted KSC’s commitment to learning and development and recognised the results of a recent care inspection, with grade fives (very good) across all areas of wellbeing, leadership, staff team and care planning.

Gold accreditation places KSC among the top organisations in the UK for people development. It reflects the organisation’s belief that when colleagues feel valued and supported, the people they care for benefit too.
